Mcpx pitch scale

How to use the pitch scale.

Align the main shaft of the heli in the middle of the pitch scale.

The rotors need to be set to 90 degrees so that when the pitch is applied that the main blades move up and down.

The height of the landing gear and the type of Helicopter to be used will alter the distance from the bottom of the landing gear to the main rotor head.

This can be adjusted by sitting the heli on a block to raise the rotor head up to the zero (0) pitch line.

The pitch scale is a download file, which needs to be printed and then attached to a frame.

The download file is in full quality.

Here are 2 methods to made a frame.

Method one

1, Cut a piece of cardboard to approximately a little bigger than the pitch scale.

2, Glue or attached the pitch scale to the cardboard.

3, cut the bottom line to be equal to the distance between bottom of landing gear to center of rotor head.

4, Cut a diagonal line from the bottom of the base line at about 45° to the center line.

5, Fold the center line backwards to create a stand.

Method two

1, Build with small wooden sticks a frame to hold the scale pitch.
