Bronze Repair

○ Typical issues are high reflective power, minor arcing on air variable capacitors, and / or MLCC failure
○ All minor parts are replaced with new or refurbished parts.
○ MLCC’s and belts replaced. Precautionary steps to ensure reliability
○ Tarnished parts cleaned first time in for repair to check condition of silver plating. Repeated cleaning removes silver and diminishes performance. Tarnish doesn’t diminish performance, cosmetic
○ All parts inspected for wear and recommendations given if warranted
○ Re-assembled and tested to OEM specifications
○ one year warranty on repaired parts based on ship date or in service date if customer can provide notification

Platinum Repair

○ Single or multiple major component failures which can be PCBA, variable capacitors, motors, Phase/Magnitude detector,and/or sub-assemblies where components cannot be repaired.
○ Unit is upgraded to latest revision. Motors are the typical upgrade. The custom Maxon motors we upgrade are a significant improvement to MTTR over original Pittman motors.
○ MLCC’s and belts replaced. Precautionary steps to ensure reliability
○ Tarnished parts cleaned first time in for repair to check condition of silver plating. Repeated cleaning removes silver and diminishes performance. Tarnish doesn’t diminish performance, cosmetic
